What is the process flow for producing PVC flooring?

Process 1: Mixing

According to the fifth point, pour the raw materials according to their proportions into a high-speed mixer for hot mixing (hot mixing temperature: around 125 ℃, which is used to evenly mix various materials and remove water from the materials) → enter cold mixing (cooling the materials to prevent clumping and discoloration, cold mixing temperature: around 45 ℃) → mix the materials evenly through cooling;

 

Process 2: Extrusion

Add a twin screw extruder for heating and extrusion → enter the sheet die selected by the customer for extrusion molding. The formed sheet passes through a four roll rolling machine, and the substrate is thickened → coated → laminated → cooled → cut;

 

Process 3: UV tempering

Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80-120 ℃; cold water temperature: 10 ℃)

 

Process 4: Cutting and grooving+packaging

Cutting → slotting → inspection → packaging.
