 What is Conical twin – screw extruder?

SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is a special extruding PVC composite material.Adopting different moulds and auxiliary machinery, we can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, plates, bars and granulation.The conical twin screw USES an oil cooling system.The barrels are cooled by special wind cooling systems.The conical twin – screw extruder system is controlled by special computer.According to customer requirements, the most reasonable conical twin screw structure can achieve the best plastic performance and material quality.Conical twin screw is made by high precision special digital spiral milling machine.Extrusion properties can be highly coordinated.First, the advanced technology of a screw with variable pitch and depth is introduced.The distribution box is specially designed, the tension bearing is fully imported, and the transmission life can be extended.It can withstand even greater pressure.The electrical system mainly applies imported components and has multiple alarm systems.The cooling system adopts a special design. The cooling area increases, the cooling speed is fast, and the temperature control tolerance is 1 degree.
