– Operation description
Material being put on the belt, then convey to the crusher.
The maximum bearing weight of the initial design is 600kg (The maximum load is 20 slabs).
– Attention points
Safety:
Including Max angle is 40°, ensure the entering design without any issues;
(If the 40degree is not suitable for the passing testing, should be revised into the safe angle accordingly during the FAT testing.)
Equip with the lateral fences along with the belt conveyor at the both sides;
What happens if the belt stop working:
Check the motor and check whether the belt breaks.
According to the use, change the belt every 3-12months. StarsPlas recommends to replace
every 6 months. The belt price: $810

– Process Materials
The equipment detects metal objects and will automatically alarm ( Lights & HMI SYSTEM ) and stop working.
– Operation description
Step1: Material through the metal detector
Step2: Metal impurities change the electromagnetic field
Step3: The controller records the change and converts it to a metal signal – machine will run a red light. The conveyor belt stops working.
Step4: Take off the metal objects from the belt and reload the slabs/trims back to the belt
Step5: Push the bottom, to restart the motor for belt conveyor working.
– Attention points
Safety:
Don`t over load the conveyor to prevent to hit the metal detector.
Available pass space between the belt conveyor with the Metal detector should be enough for at least 300mm.

– Process Materials
The coming materials: SPC Slabs/Trim cuttings or some other materials during the production.
Material pass through the belt conveyor into the crusher
The final crushed materials should be around 1cm, and suitable for next milling processing.
– Operation description
Step1: Material is coming in from the belt conveyor.
Step2: Material enter into the crusher, the final size is 1cm. The capacity is 4 tons per hour.
– Attention points
Safety:
The original noise of the equipment is below 60 db;
There is no dust.
Fences(Safety sheets) for avoiding the materials during the crushing, may split out of the crusher.
What happens if the metal fall into the crusher:
Use a metal detector to limit metal fall into the crusher.
Height limitation design: If 3-5 boards are placed at the same time, could block the crusher shaft, needs to contrarotation to troubleshoot.
Maintenance:
Change the blades each 3-6 months, StarsPlas recommend to change the blade each 3 months when using 24hours/day x 7days/week. (The price for each set (150pcs) is $7,500,.)
Check the Oil level safety line monthly, lower than the line need to add lubricating oil for reducer and motor gear box.
– Remarks
There is a sensor in the buffer tank to stop the shredder and the control option will be included in the HMI system.
During FAT
Starsplas will check the sensor actually stops the shredder or the conveyor to feed more material towards the buffer tanks.

The material is transported on the belt, and the magnetic Frame will absorb the metal in the material.
No contact between magnetic frame to the belt conveyor.

Safety:
5cm for the pass through from the belt conveyor to the magnetic frame.
What happens if the magnetic frame stop working.
Check the magnetism of the magnetic frame regularly.
