SPC Flooring Slotting Machine

SPC flooring slotting machine is specially designed for slotting SPC flooring.It is first used artificial positioning, and then into the longitudinal multi-slice saw, cut into 5-8 pieces. After passing through an accelerating roller table, the lifting belt conveyor will carry out a 90-degree turn transmission, and then turn into the longitudinal separation belt conveyor, and then open the vertical and horizontal grooves.

How to ensure the tolerance?

Only comply with the below term can ensure the tolerance:

→Raw material size：as the above sheet

→In order to achieve to this high precision, the board need to have enough length, same width and have no bend.

→Flatness of the surface board：＜0.1mm/300mm

→Longitudinal bendness of floor max.：+20/-10mm/2.2m；

→Transverse b endness of floor max.：+/-0.3mm

→Thickness tolerance of floor blank：＜0.15mm/300mm

→ Must Preheat before machine work (the chain at least continuous working one hour)

→Strict observe lubricate and maintain regulations.

→If necessary, the stop dog need to check and  adjust, must ensure at least 14 days maintain one time.

→When measure the temperature variation max.±5℃.

 

→Precision of cutter：Cutter wearing: 60% cutter tooth must in tolerance 10μm.All cutters tooth are 20μm.Balance max. 6.3G

5.Laminating

SPC Flooring Back Pad Laminating Machine

SPC flooring back pad laminating machine is specially designed to laminate the soft pad(IXPE) to the back side of the flooring,equipped with auto cutting system and side trimming system.

Highly improving the working efficiency,saving label cost,reducing the soft pad(IXPE) waste.

Automatic Packaging System For SPC Flooring

 

 

Description

Floor automatic packaging machine features: automatic control, intelligent adjustment,compact overall structure,flexible deployment,fault diagnosis, simple maintenance,automatic target recognition,automatic positioning.

The machine included two parts :Automatic Packaging and Automatic Stacking, the processing is:

1. Transferring from Back side laminating machine into the belt conveying,
2. Belt conveying feeding the flooring into feeding area after dust collection,
3. Collected 5 or 6 pcs setting up quantity for feeding stand by,
4. Feeding into carton box, move to next station for gluing,
5. The hot-melt adhesive will be injected by peristaltic pump for 3 side gluing,
6. Move to stack zone by conveying after gluing,
7. The robot arm will work with photoelectric sensor for the final stacking into Pallet.

 

 

 

The last step is to recycle the waste and reprocess the waste to continue to make the spc floor, which is environmentally friendly and saves energy.
