The 92mm extruder combined with T-die can extrude the base layer. Laminate the color film and wear layer by four-roller calender system, process is simple, stick finish by heat, do not need glue.

Four roll calender is the base board calendering, fixed thickness of board, process conditions directly affect the appearance of the quality of SPC floor. The temperature of the board extruded from the T-die is high. In order to slow down the cooling of the board and prevent the board from warping due to internal stress, the temperature of the four-roll calender should be heated and adjusted. Too high temperature of the roller will make it difficult to roll off the plate and sheet, resulting in transverse stripes on the surface. Roller temperature is too low, the plate is not easy to adhere to the surface of the roller, the surface of the plate is easy to produce spots, luster.
Control the four-roller temperature. The temperature range of four rollers is 165~185℃. More details you can find in quotation.
Made of many cooling rollers. For better cooling performance, the bracket can be added cooling unit or more cooling roller on it.
Before cooling, it has two sets of knives fixing the width of base board.
Haul off the base layer by two rubber rollers. The speed of the rollers is the same as four-roller system.
