How to use the HF400 flooring back pad laminating machine?
HF400 flooring back pad laminating machine is specially designed to laminate the soft pad(IXPE) to the back side of the flooring , equipped with auto cutting system and side trimming system. 1Introduction

1.1 HF400 flooring back pad laminating machine is specially designed to laminate the soft pad(IXPE) to the back side of the flooring , equipped with auto cutting system and side trimming system. Highly improving the working efficiency , saving label cost , reducing the soft pad(IXPE)

1.2 The glue spreader is default designed to use the cold glue, Temperature moulding controller and glue melter are optional choice to heat the ANILOX roller in case the clients want to use hot melt glue

1.3 The flooring is passing through the machine by the belt and rollers, then going to the glue spreader, lamented with the soft pad (IXPE) by rubber rollers, soft pad (IXPE) is cut by the high servo motor with high speed round knife. Extra soft pad (IXPE) will be shaved by the trimming system.

3Installation requirements

3.1 Tear off the protective film before installation

A .Sensor

 

5.1.1 Adjusting the “2” regarding to the width of the flooring , make sure the flooring is at the middle of the belt

5.1.2 Adjusting the “3” height, the height is higher than single flooring’s thickness, but shorter than two flooring’s thickness, make sure only one piece of the flooring pass through

5.1.3 Adjusting the “4” height regarding to the flooring thickness, make sure the brusher at the right heigh

5.1.4 Adjusting the ”5” , make sure the flooring pass at the right direction, the gap between the floors as short as possible

5.1.5 Sensor “A”:The machine runs only when the sensor “A” is cover by the floors at the auto model.

5.1.6 Suction opening(d=3 inch)is equipped on the dust remover which used for connecting the dust collection hose. dust collection machine is requested from the user side

 

5.2 Spreading machine

5.2.1  The glue spreader consists with ANILOX roller , rubber supporting  roller and glue blade,The glue amount can be adjusted by the speed of the ANILOX roller and rubber roller. Hot melt glue is also available once the user equipped with temperature moulding controller and glue melter. The rubber roller is specially designed with “FAST REPLACEMENT ” mechanical technology. Easy for the staff to replace the damaged rubber roller in very short time.

5.2.2 Adjusting the hand wheel to make the gap between ANILOX roller and supporting at the right position depends on the flooring thickness. The depth of parallelism of the ANILOX roller and rubber supporting roller need to be fixed after long- time operation by the coupling

5.2.3 Keep the glue blade and ANILOX roller touched together, Adjust theglue baffle to touch closely to the ANILOX roller, make sure the glue not overflow when the ANILOX roller is turning. Lock the system

5.2.4 Please clean the ANILOX roller when glue is still remained if the shift  is off or long-time not using. Please make the ANILOX roller turn as slow as possible during the shift break, in case the glue gets aging.

5.2.5 Clean the ANILOX roller ,glue blade as soon as possible after the operation. Turn the glue blade back, the glue drops down. Make the ANILOX roller up at the highest position, Put the glue plate between the ANILOX roller and rubber supporting roller. Close the glue blade , scatter the glue cleaner , switch the machine into the manual model. Make ANILOX roller turns slowly, keep clean several times. Make sure no remain glue on the ANILOX roller.

5.2.6 The method of using ANILOX roller is keeping the glue blade touched close, adjusting the glue baffle at the right position.

5.2.7 It is normal phenomena that glue leaks when the ANILOX roller is stopped. Adjust the glue baffle and blade when ANILOX roller is turning if it leaks.

5.3.1 Adjusting the “2” depends on the width, make “2” wider than the flooring width, turn on the belt conveyor, make the flooring right stop close with the “2”. The flooring is not allowed to be moved during the adjusting Move “2” slowly, little gap is requested to make sure the flooring  pass well.

5.3.2 “4” consists with 3 metal heating pipe. The temperature can be adjusted by the controller. The temperature is normally set around 80 degree

5.3.3 The passing belt will not work when “5” is not rise at the right position

5.3.4 Sensor B: It is used for controlling the end of the flooring which is under the laminating rollers, adjusting the Sensor B is able to control the position of the flooring which is under the laminating rollers

5.3.5 Sensor C: It is used for controlling the head of the flooring which is not under the laminating rollers, also control the start-running of the flooring which is under the laminating rollers. Adjust the sensor c is able to adjust the gap between two floors( no less than 30mm at thebeginning)

5.3.6 The gap of two floors can be adjusted by the sensor B & C. The user is also able to adjust the gap by the conveyor speed in case the Sensors are in the limited-position situation .

5.4.1. Adjusting the “9” depends on the width, make “9” wider than the  flooring width, turn on the belt conveyor, make the flooring right stop close with the “9”. The flooring is not allowed to be moved during the adjusting time. Move “9” slowly, little gap(1mm) is requested to make sure the flooring pass well.

5.4.2 Check the soft pad(IXPE) passing through drawing picture, put the IXPE roll on the unwinder, keep in the right position. Lock up.The unwinder can be turned in two directions depends on the ixpe roll’s warping direction

5.4.3 Adjusting “3” &”5”, just touch the flooring and ixpe film. The gap is the thickness of the flooring and ixpe film. The gap needs to be adjusted during the operation . Make the pressure as much as possible unless glue over-flowed or pressure mark occurs

5.4.4 Switch off the “3”, during the testing at the beginning. Feed the flooring one by one, watch the gap between two floorings is stable or not, also check the ixpe is at the right position or not. Move the auto cutter to the previous floor’s back side , distance 10mm

5.4.5 Adjust “1” press the products

5.4.5 Switch into the auto model when every procedures done. Pls move the products which are not trimmed in case the wastage

5.4.6 Please press the triangle button showed on the picture before the ixpe roll is finished. Waiting for the ixpe runs out is also no problem, but the user may use knife to cut off the ixpe, and see the distance between the floors in case the floors get crashed together.

5.5.1 Adjusting the height of the press roller, laminating the ixpe film together with the flooring , make the glue stick stronger

5.5.2 The belt is used for keeping the distance between floorings in case the floorings stay too close. The speed of the belt can be adjusted by the PLC

5.6.1 The distance between the rollers can be adjusted depends on the flooring length.Just tie/loose the

5.6.2 The purpose of speed adjusting is to make sure the flooring pass nicely and turn the direction to the trimming machine by

5.7.1. Trimming machine consists with round cutter by high speed motor, the cutter can be adjusted according to the flooring groove.

5.7.2 The trimming machine can be adjusted by the length of the flooring, just lift the movable chain side by the cylinder

5.7.3 Raise the “4” and move the “3” to adjusted machine working length depends on the flooring length.

5.7.4 Proximity switch D is designed to control the chain stop/start. When the flooring reaches the D, the chain will start to move, and push the flooring into the round cutters. Stopped by Proximity switch E

5.7.5 Proximity switch D is used to control the flooring from the belt conveyor in case the products broken issue occurred.

5.7.6Proximity switch E is designed to control the position of the pushers on the chain. Keep the pushers stay with floorings as close as possible

 

6.Machine pre-operation guide, main points

6.1 Preparation and checking.

6.2 Make the machine in the right position, adjust the screw under the machine to keep the machine in horizontal position. Adjust the the ANILOX roller glue spreader’s horizontal position first then line the others parts

6.3 Check the machine situation , tie the screw if some of them lossed

6.4 Check the electrical wires from each machine parts to the electrical cabin.It is not allow to open the cabin by the untrained or not professional staff. Check the machine is running at the right direction or not.

6.5 Make sure the flooring is same size and thickness, also feed the floorings in the same direction

6.6 It is not allow to touch or adjust the belt conveyor in case injury or scald issues occurred .

6.7 Maintenance is need monthly, fill up gear or mechanical oil is necessary
