Automatic Packaging Machine

Description

Automatic packaging machine uses for packing floorings. It’s more convenient and easy for factories to pack SPC flooring by machine, saving cost.

More and more factories select machine to pack spc floorings instead of labor. The reason is final quality of package ready to market, pls check below photos to find the difference between labor and machine.

Packaging ability: 400-480 box/hour; If 8hours packaging time : 3,200~3,800 box/day;

Labor cost: 0.45 RMB/Box for workers, if use machine replace workers save 1440 RMB /day;

Workers requires :Reduce 7 workers/Shift into 1 or 2 workers/shift,

One worker drive the forklift and monitor the machine running;

Another worker need to add the Paper boxes(200pcs each 18~20mins, the paper box price according to the thickness, layers and prints, range is 0.4~0.7$/pc) and Glue pellets( Hot melt adhesive, 20kg for 4 hours using, 2.8$/bag, the consuming is 4g per 1.3m gluing line for 3 side of the box)

PS.: If you need put the paper of <<installation instruction book>> and <<certificate of qualification>>, please add 1 person or training well the 2 workers to combine the job.

The machine included two parts :  Automatic Packaging and Automatic Stacking, the processing is :

• Transferring from Back side laminating machine into the belt conveying;
• Belt conveying feeding the flooring into feeding area after dust collection;
• Collected 5 or 6 pcs setting up quantity for feeding stand by;
• Feeding into carton box, move to next station for gluing;
• The hot-melt adhesive will be injected by peristaltic pump for 3 side gluing;
• Move to stack zone by conveying after gluing;
• The robot arm will work with photoelectric sensor for the final stacking into Pallet.
