Determine the thickness of formed base layer by four-roller calender. Laminating the decoration film and wear layer as well.
Our 110mm rigid core flooring extrusion machine adopts ‘L’ type four roller system. Upper two rollers are used to laminating the decoration film and wear layer. Next two rollers are used to determine the thickness of base layer.
Control the four-roller temperature. The temperature range of four rollers is 165~185℃. More details you can find in quotation.
Made of many cooling rollers. For better cooling performance, the bracket can be added cooling unit on it.
Before cooling, it has two sets of knives fixing the width of base board.
